Tunnels construction started in 1996, belongs to km 71,6 Fernão Dias (BR-381) Road, in Mairiporã and connects São Paulo to Belo Horizonte, Mata Fria tunnels has 245m of extension. It was executed by NATM principles.

CJC members developed the detailed and installations project, author’s supervision in Mata Fria NATM tunnels in Fernão dias road (by F. Ferraz).
