11 Line – Metro/CPTM

Line 11 — CPTM Coral, inaugurated in 1890, makes part of the metropolitan network defined between Luz and Estudantes stations, has in its total 16 stations. It is known as Expresso Leste in Luz to Guaianases stretch. Currently, is the most saturated line in metropolitan region of São Paulo, is also the second longest of CPTM, with 50,5 km in its total length. Until March 2008 was known as Line E — Orange. Currently, East Express completes 24 travels per day on weekdays and 20 travels per day on weekends until Estudantes Station, in Mogi das Cruzes.

CJC members developed the detailed project and Author’s supervision in NATM tunnels in this railway (by F. Ferraz).
